By accessing and using our podcast hosting service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Our Service allows users to upload audio files and generate RSS feeds for podcast distribution. We store audio files in Cloudflare R2 storage located in Western Europe (WEUR).

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content Terms

• You retain all rights to your content
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and distribute your content
• You must have all necessary rights to the content you upload
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. Payment Terms

• Payment processing is handled through Stripe
• All fees are exclusive of taxes
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• No refunds for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss

7. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your content may be deleted from our servers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
